Well, since all orders are custom we don’t have stock and therefore you just have to wait approximately 6 weeks.
Also there is no refund since the order has been custom and especially made for you. Of course we will try to make sure you want suffer any disadvantages and we therefore try to fix any damaged goods or if the product is not correct, we get in touch with the factory.
We believe in a different approach. By focusing more on the design and relating to our customers we have been able to design and develop a matching productrange. Since we are a broker, we don't have stock, representatives, distributors or somebody else who wants a piece of the pie, we can offer better pricing.
Over the years we have seen many factories and brands producing an overkill of wheels. Since we only produce what is actually ordered and pack them in unprinted boxes we believe we are more sustainable than others.
FAQ - about the product
Step 1:
Selection of your desired wheel which you can customize yourself: model, size, color and finish
Step 2 - Pre production:
Your order is being checked and scheduled for production a week after purchasing.
Step 3 - Production:
Your order will be CNC milled from an aluminum block by the factory. After this they will paint the color you have chosen and certain other finishes.
Made of the best quality forged aluminum 6061-T6. Tensile, load tested, and circular run-out tested in the factory after production.
The lead-time is around 3 weeks.
Step 4 - Post production
Your order is almost ready to go! They will pack it securely and will send it you. This will take approximately 3 weeks to get on your doorstep.
All of our alloy wheels are especially and solely designed & developed for the 4x4
This way you will have the best fit and appearance due to the more concave shape of the wheel.

The products will be shipped DDP, this means that it will include fees.
The tracking information you will receive is based on ground services, this means that tracking will be visible after customs clearance. Normally it would take approximately 3 weeks to get to you.
Since every order is custom made based on your own specifications with don't have a return policy. If the product is not good in terms of quality issues we will solve this of course. See our terms for more information.
